Apps and Backend Availability:

Business Units themselves are responsible for their backend API availability and code. GIS Product team does not own the backend API code.

Governance, Billing and Design

• Governance is shared responsibility of GIS team, GISS team and GCCC team.

• Design of the system and future enhancements lies with GIS (helped by GCCC).

• GISS team is not involved in designing the system however, the review and approval of final design is done by GISS .

• Billing is the responsibility of GIS.

New Features/Update

Any new features that are required to be added to the platform will be done primarily by GIS team led by the Product Owner. GIS is solely responsible for any design and functional decisions. GIS APIM team will be responsible to technically implement the requirements/enhancements finalized.

BU Onboarding

BU Onboarding will be done by GIS APIM team alone. Any coordination or meetings planned will be handled by GIS APIM team.

Service Availability

APIM service support lies with the Accenture (formerly LinkByNet) Support team through ITSM.

Development Support

GIS APIM team will be responsible for any development or enhancements planned by GIS product owner.
